Picking up a camera aged just eight years old felt so right and came so naturally. My First foray into photography strangely enough began at school when I was asked to produce a descriptive photo for the school newspaper. A front page shot later and I was destined to start the long arduous journey of becoming a photographer.

In between exciting travel adventures and working for fantastic photographers, I graduated from Anglia Polytechnic in 2002. At a cross roads in my photographic life I decided to join a large general hospital as a medical photographer, although interesting, this wasn’t the full time job for me and in early 2006 I became self employed to follow my ambition of becoming a freelance photographer.

Since 06 life has been full of surprises. I have held two successful solo exhibitions, attracting support from international organisnations and receiving some fantastic reviews. I have been featured in US publications for my compelling photo documentaries and maintained a strong client base in the editorial field.
I class myself as an editorial and documentary photographer with the occasional dabble in commercial photography. My client list is extremely varied and consists of private and government run organisations, national magazines, supplements and worldwide stock libraries.

I pride myself on capturing moments in time. Images that record life in the 21st Century which assist in the understanding of our culture and help to provide a deeper understanding of our journey in life.

If you have any questions please do get in touch, I will be only too happy to answer them.
